Thank you for shopping at RIAB. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship exclusively within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped via our trusted courier partner, PostEx.

  • Shipping Charges: A fixed, flat shipping fee is applied to all orders at checkout, regardless of your location in Pakistan or the size of your package.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 5 to 7 working days nationwide.

Note: Delivery times may be slightly delayed during public holidays, peak shopping seasons, or due to unforeseen conditions such as extreme weather or strikes. We appreciate your patience during these times.

3. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is our primary payment method. You can pay for your order in cash directly to the PostEx rider at the time of delivery.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives to prevent any delivery issues.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message or email.

  • As soon as your package is dispatched via PostEx, we will share your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Delivery Attempts

PostEx will attempt to deliver your package to the address provided. If you are unavailable, the courier rider will typically make a second attempt or contact you via the phone number you provided. If both delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
