1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

This website is operated by RIAB. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RIAB. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

2. Product Specifications & Customization

We strive to display the colors, designs, and specifications of our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Sizing & Specs: You are responsible for reviewing the size charts and product specifications provided on the product page before placing an order.

  • Variations: Digital displays vary; we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or texture will be 100% accurate to the physical product.

3. Order Placement & Pricing

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us.

  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

Your purchases are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only permitted for wrong sizes, printing errors (misprints, smudges, quality issues), or if the product does not match the specifications listed at the time of purchase.

  • Timeline: You must initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Items damaged or worn by the customer are strictly ineligible for exchange.

  • Logistics: The customer is responsible for couriering the item back to our warehouse address (Soft touch apparels, 7 km kahna kacha road, near kacha railway station, kahna kacha, Lahore, 53100). We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

5. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

 

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

     

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

     

  • To submit false or misleading information.

6. Limitation of Liability

RIAB does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall RIAB, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website.
